Communicate effectively and collaborate successfully
In a time of an unmanageable flood of information, complex relationships and rapid changes, it’s not easy to form a balanced view, make well-informed decisions and develop effective strategies. Through consulting, facilitation and training, we support you in mastering the following challenges:
Again and again, misunderstandings arise in your collaboration with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders. You often only become aware of them once difficulties start to appear.
When talking to clients or stakeholders you have a hard time describing what your work or organisation is really about in a few clear words. The messages you send out don’t seem to be heard by your target groups.
CONCEPTS AND STRATEGIES
Strategic decisions repeatedly come to nothing because you’ve overlooked important aspects or viewpoints, didn’t define the problem appropriately or didn’t make well-founded decisions.
CRITICAL THINKING FOR SUSTAINABLE ORGANISATIONS
As detectives of perception and mediators of perspectives, we work with approaches from critical thinking: a combination of language analysis, questioning techniques and methods to reveal hidden assumptions and cognitive biases. When applied to your day-to-day work, these skills help you improve your communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
In designing and facilitating a workshop for you, we support you in
- defining and communicating goals and values within your team, and with diverse stakeholders, donors or investors, clients and new staff
- developing value- and goal-oriented concepts collaboratively
- developing, evaluating and optimising strategies and their implementation
